Raise your vibe.

Here’s how:

1. Everything you think, say or feel becomes part of your reality…. If you put out negativity, or have a negative filter on what you see and experience, that’s what you’ll get back. Become conscious of your thoughts.

2. Appreciate the beauty around you. Big and small. An old tree, a child’s silky hair, the way the sun shines through the clouds…

3. Drink water. … Hydrate and become more balanced with the Earth. A battery needs water, and so do you. 

4. Be conscious of the foods you eat. Fuel your body with kindness. You wouldn’t put vegetable oil in your gas tank and expect your car to run well, so why would you expect your body to run on junk fuel without breaking down?

5. Meditate. Same concept. Every engine needs to cycle, and to rest so it doesn’t overheat and do harm to itself. Unplug. Find a quiet spot. Sew, knit, read, or nap. Put down the phone and just BE for a few minutes.

6. Get your blood pumping. It’s important to move and allow oxygen to cycle through all of the parts of your body, providing life-giving energy to your heart and mind.

7. An attitude of gratitude is key to rejuvenating your mind, body, and spirit. It sets you on the positive path. 
Be grateful. 

8. Be kind. You know that wonderful feeling you get when you’ve done something kind for someone else? Do that. Feel that. Being kind is an awesome way to put positivity out into the universe, and experience of raising your vibration! Practice acts of kindness.
