What do Scooby and Scrappy-Doo, WWF wrestlers, and Crocodile Dundee have in common?
Each of these things helped me to share a message with someone who was skeptical about tarot cards, psychic readings, and/or my ability to give them an authentic experience.
It’s more common then you might think for someone to come to a reading wondering if they’re going to have a “real” psychic message. Sometimes these people will request to get a sign or message in the reading to prove to them that it is a genuine communication from their Spirit Guides… and they don’t make it easy for me, folks!
More often than not, the messages I get are confusing to me, because I have no idea why I’m being shown this particular thing that I have no knowledge of. From my perspective, it’s like the world’s strangest game of Charades or Pictionary, trying to guess if the images I’m being shown have meaning because they don’t fit into the overall message.
What does Crocodile Dundee have to do with anything? Ohhhh, you wanted me to talk about that trip to Australia that you are planning?
Why am I seeing Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Sylvester Stallone?
Ohhhh, it’s because you wanted me to talk about your boyfriend, who is nicknamed Rocky and is a bodybuilder?
My personal favorite “validation” was when a lovely lady’s Guides steered me to tell her about her pets, which was NOT what we were discussing at the time. Her Guides insisted that I repeatedly mention Scrappy-Doo and Scooby-Doo, and I apologized and said I had no idea why I needed to say that to her. Her face lit up, and she acknowledged that she had asked her guides for a sign during the reading, and ask that it be pet-related. She has two Great Danes!
We went on to have a great reading, and she left feeling confident that her message was genuine. Seriously, folks! I cannot make this stuff up! Life is ALWAYS stranger than fiction!
